I often add sliced portobello mushrooms, tiny, slim carrot slices, green onions, or whatever veggies you like. I also used some Costco Bone Broth, which is lower in sodium, and I add additional liquid which allows me to make more soup. My husband is low sodium, and this helps and is better than just adding more water. You could probably add some already cooked chicken pieces if you want it to be more filling.
