Dead skin is wiped off easily as well. My lips feel very soft and moisturized. **Q: Do you apply and rinse off like most lip exfoliator** A: I don’t I just apply and leave on. Its almost dual purpose for me. Exfoliates and moisturizes. It isn’t a harsh exfoliation if that is what you are looking for. Very gentle. **Q: Where is this made?** A: It has Barcelona, Spain on it, but it doesn't actually say "Made In". So I'm not sure. **Q: Can you use this as lip primer?** A: Not really. It is like a lib balm with sugar crystals in it. It makes a rough texture so it can exfoliate or remove skin from your lips. It is a very good lip treatment, but it is not a lip base coat or lipstick primer.
