**Q: I have a 2016 wrangler. Are these plug and play or come with a harness or do they have to be re-wired/spliced in?**
A: They don't not come with plug and play harnesses. But I put them in to the dash of my 2010 RAM with no problems

**Q: Do they come with grills**
A: No

**Q: can I connect 8 ohm speaker to 4 ohm speaker**
A: Yes but you need the amplifier specs to know what ohm load you need for the amp

**Q: are these waterproof?**
A: No they are not waterproof at all.
