A: Not with two-part coatings since it's formulated for oil-based products.

A: I’m certain it will

A: About bare metal I don't know. I bought it to dissolve paint, as paint thinner.

A: I don’t know the exact answer… But I have used it on outdoor light fixtures and bricks and it is holding up perfectly.
