Just takes some time to get used to finding the right angle and view. Granted it was night time and I was trying to spot the moon from indoor, behind windows :-) Took it to range for target practice during day time and it served the purpose well. I was clearly able to verify the shots. Still have not tried using it with phone adapter. That would be challenging but I will see if I can leverage that and record some stuff as well.
