A: I don’t see why not. I use it for a yeast infection. They also sell natural vaginal creams (V-Magic) that may help alleviate dryness during period better than this. I believe this cream is intended to be an alternative to anti-fungal treatment.

**Q: Is this product vegan? I am allergic to any ingredient derived from a mammal.**
A: It contains beeswax, so unfortunately it is not vegan.
