That meant sleeping on my face. I rented equipment to help with keeping me face down but the sleeping situation was awful. The pad pressed on my face so hard that after 20 min the pain was unbearable and I had to wake up and move to the couch for another 20 min. This pillow was amazing, but I had to cut a hole after measuring the size of my face and made some vent holes so I could breathe while face down. This was so comfortable that I was able to lay face down all night without pain which finally allowed me to get rest.
