Review: Gets the Grains Moving - I keep this as a staple product because I don't have the enzymes to digest grains. Thus I've developed a grain allergy. I still love bread, cookies, and pasta but only occasionally. I take it also with Lypo for fats. When my stomach backs up after eating grain I know it is time for one of these. I don't do capsules anymore since I like to have burned a hole in my stomach a couple of times for trying to get the food to move on. So I empty the capsule into a small mug of warm water and down the hatch. In a few hours I'm much better. I've tried many other products but had issues due to the fact that enzymes are made from fungus that I'm allergic to as well. In fact the more probiotics I consume the sicker I get. I'm much more tolerant of this brand of enzymes. They have worked well for me for years.
