A: This camera isn't with any QR code which doesn't allow to add to cellphone app directly, must need work with hiseeu wireless NVR or system

**Q: Which version supported to connect with 3MP camera?**
A: Right click NVR mouse choose system setup--system admin--system version, you will see S/W version, when it is 2.8.*.* version, which means it can't work with 3MP cameras, only 3.0.*.* version NVR can work with 3MP camera.

**Q: How to pair the camera to your old NVR?**
A: Please right click your NVR mouse choose wireless add, then press camera reset button about 10s, wait for new IP address 172.20.14.** show up, then you can exit to see camera image.
