A: It depends on if you mean total carbs or net carbs (carbs-non Impact carbs). They vary from bar to bar. The oatmeal ones have 22 carbs but if you take out the fiber and erythitrol it's only 5 impact carbs.

A: I noticed that in my latest shipment too, and just chalked it up to, well, chalk. Or protein bits.
