Review: Disappointing Purchase ☹️😔 - I'm really disappointed with this product! The design and color are great, and the price seemed reasonable. At first, it worked well, but after two months, it's lost its ability to retain heat for more than 2 hours. As an desertcart regular buyer, I usually check reviews before buying, but I might have let the 'Best Seller' badge sway me this time. Now I'm wondering if I should've been more diligent. It's also concerning to think that some products on desertcart might be duplicates or fake.
