    Comfortable! Great Quality! Worth the money!

I had a pair of these boots yrs ago. Loved them! I finaly got another pair 20 plus years later.  They fit perfect, true to size. They are comfortable out of the box. I treated them because I treat all my leather boots, and replaced the green laces with leather laces. I also put good insoles in. These boots will last me yrs.

Great USA made boot!  Three years and fits like the day after they were broken in.  The soles wear a little faster than others, but they are overall the best investment for a multiple day, mountain backpack trip. Sending them to Danner for a resole for $115.  I was a Vasque wearer before but their products are all made in China now the soles literally broke off in chunks on the first 10 miles breaking them in, not like the product in the 90's. Buy Danners!!!!

    Rugged AND Comfortable

This is my third pair....great boot. Anyone who truly works in boots daily knows they aren't going to last forever BUT these are rugged boots. As an arborist I love them for climbing. Excellent traction and not too heavy. I prefer boot that doesn't come up too high on the ankle. As far as comfort goes I wish my lifestyle would allow me to hike the Appalachian Trail. These would be perfect.
