The VSX-50 was defective out of the box. Pioneer not so helpful. Vendor stepped up to the plate took care of the problem, replaced the Unit all is well! This Pioneer vsx50 receiver is awesome !!It has many, many adjustments and settings, so if you can't understand the technical lingoin the manual, you had better hire the "GEEK SQUAD" or someonecapable of setting you up. It's definitely worth it.Saved $125.00 over Best Buy.Thanks Amazon !!

Google UE22 error before buying Pioneer receivers. Hardware failure appears to be quite common. Mine failed after a couple of years.
