Dry to touch is NOT the same as cure. Cure is dried all the way through. I always wait 4 weeks. **Q: Is this comparable to liquitex pouring medium or floetrol? it says is is white, does it alter the pigment of added paint?** A: No get floterol instead this is more just an additive. It’s clear **Q: Very tacky 10 days after pouring. When is it okay to varnish?** A: It means to say it’s not fully dry . I recommend give it more time to dry . The surface might appear dry when touched but the under coating is still wet so give it like 2 more weeks then you can varnish **Q: I've ordered this product previously, today it arrived looking more like YooHoo than pouring medium. Not sure how/why this happened?** A: A few possibilities with this one, actually. The first possibility is just that it's a different batch and the concentration is different, but more likely are that it either settled and needs to be shaken, or that it's older. It's also possible it's been in a very hot/cold environment, and has changed some due to it.
