Got my 1st one about 20 yrs. ago & have been using them, usually every day, for chronic back pain, since. Heated in the microwave, they feel so good and ease the back pain that comes from standing or walking too long & keep me from having to take more medication (who wouldn't want that?) I'm actually using 1 right now after doing some vacuuming. Couldn't recommend them more highly! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smells great, hits the spots but doesn't stay hot that long *by R***H on January 30, 2017* This wrap smells heavenly (like chamomile tea) and hits all the usual sore spots. I found I had to heat it for longer than suggested-2 minutes-possibly due to my microwave. The heat doesn't last as long as my old one used to so that is a slight disappointment since I have to get up every 15- 20 min to reheat. (for 1min 30sec).
