**Q: Are they a meal replacement**

Good question! But no, the Raspberry Ketones are not a meal replacement. 

Take one capsule up to two times a day with water, 30 minutes before a main meal.

This is a food supplement and should not be used as a replacement for a varied diet.

**Q: How long to how long to start working re appetite suppression ?**
A: Still waiting for any change. It’s not the silver bullet I was expecting after six weeks.

**Q: How do they work? I’ve read everything here on the page and I can’t find an explanation of how they work**
A: Ketones are naturally produced in the body when we starve ourselves of carbohydrates and sugars. This is the keto diet. They attach themselves to white fat cells which are the unwanted cells in our body and thus burns fat. I'm not convinced that taking ketones without eliminating carbs and sugars will be suffice to burn fat as your body will still be burning brown fat (carbs you ingest)  It seems no one can answer this question apart from the companies selling these products for obvious reasons. If you do the keto diet properly, as I am, then an added amount of ketones will make them burn fat at an accelerated rate. I highly doubt you can take these pills and still enjoy pizza and chips and see a difference. If you want to lose weight, put the effort in. Keto diet is extraordinary. I lost almost 2kg in 2 weeks.

I regularly buy these however the last time I purchased these supplements were only half or quarter filled so was very disappointed with the quality let's hope any repeat purchases aren't the same. Never had a problem until now the quality has always been very good. Won't be buying again if the quality is poor
