I could trim it down for a better fit, but I just let the sides fold up naturally against the inside of my pumps. I love that this liner doesn’t have any stickies on the undersides because those always cause the insole’s leather to peel and ruin my heels! With these, because I let the sides fold up by a millimeter or two inside the shoes, it stays in place very nicely! I can understand why people with feet sizes bigger than 36.5 or 6.5 would say this insert is too small. Absorbs dirt and sweat very well! They are a good value and can be cut to size. These are not meant for support; they are for freshness.
