For me, fewer photos means more recipes and more space for a clearer presentation, plus a slightly smaller book that's easier to take with you if you want to. It's not as small as the Sheet Pan AIP book (which I also like) but more recipes and naturally a wider variety of ideas because it's not all sheet pan, though there is a sheet pan recipe in it :) Easy to read and understand introductory section containing useful information.
