**Q: Will this fertilizer help my pansies bloom in the fall?**
A: I have not used it on pansies.  But it is a really good fertilizer for petunias .  I think it couldn't hurt.  I would only use it once.  Fertilizing in the fall and winter usually isn't a great idea.:)

**Q: Would this be good to use on bougainvillea and lophospermum ?**
A: I use Jacks in all my potted flowers.  It's too cold here to naturally grow bougainvillea and lophospermum but I use it in my potted bonsai bougainvilleas when flowering like now.  Hopefully this helps a little.

**Q: What color is this fertilizer? I have bought before and it was blue. This time it’s a grayish blue and when it’s mixed it’s a muddy blue brown.**
A: Weird !  It has always been blue.

**Q: Is it applied dry?**
A: No it is not applied dry.  You mix it with water.  It comes with a measuring scoop and clear directions
