By mistake I opened the product not remembering how easily wheat germ can go rancid but I did tape the opening shut that I cut open and left in my room for three weeks and had recalled the rancidity issue. i put it off until tonight where I would freezer bag all remaining Wheat Germ Product. So I gave it a good mouth taste at this time with about a gram in my mouth and it tastes absolutely wonderful and sweet, just like it would have tasted off the kernel! I am so amazed at the quality and price of this product and I am so glad I made this selection.
