My only upset with my last delivery was not with the product but that, although I was in, the desertcart delivery person did not ring my doorbell, so that I only knew it had arrived when I saw from an email that the parcel had been left on my doormat. It was incredibly heavy, and I had a trolley ready that the parcel could have been put in. Instead I lifted it up, have suffered a really bad back strain (I have a weak back) and am in awful pain!
