My B6 was way low. He told me to take 50mg of B6 for a time and then get another set of labs to check if it had gone up. I have absorption issues and have to give myself B12 injections, so I was not sure these would work. They worked VERY well! My B6 went way up. I have now stopped taking them since my levels are restored.They’re very easy to use because they melt quickly and they taste good too. They’re bigger than I thought they’d be but since they melt in your mouth, that’s not an issue.You can overdo B6 so I wouldn’t recommend taking these without knowing your levels first.
