Sound is clear but not very loud. Touch screen is not very responsive and I have to touch it more than once to do what I wanted to do. Because of that I use the buttons most of the time. Bluetooth don't work properly as I had to pair it 3 times now and it don't work after I turn of the car. Overall its a quite great radio with simple features. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Could be better *UPDATED* *by R***T on March 17, 2019* *It didn't last much more than a month. The unit would turn on, show the Boss logo on the screen and then it would go blank. The touch screen wouldn't function, rendering the entire unit useless. No amount of resetting worked... no help from customer support... none of the online user experiences helped. I followed the best advice I was given and threw it away, bought a Kenwood for about $20 more than I paid for the Boss. Problem solved. ...original review...... Easy to install and easy to operate. Sounds decent with the stock speakers already in the car. Not bad for the money, but after a few days I was wishing I'd spent a little bit more and got a better unit. Why? Well the clock is pretty bad. How hard is it to make a clock keep good time, especially when it has a constant power source? Every couple of days, or so, the time is so far off that you have to re-set it. Not very hard to do, but why should you even have to? The touch screen works fine but after awhile it starts to look very plain as there are very few options available to customize it. The biggest pain was with the USB port. Anytime I had left a USB stick plugged into the unit and shut everything off, it stayed off. The unit wouldn't even power up. It required a reset and this unit has no reset button (other Boss models do) so that meant either disconnecting the car battery or removing the Boss unit and unplugging the wiring harness to reset the unit. Not fun! Now I just use Bluetooth and leave the USB alone and that works perfectly.
