I'd describe it like whiskey and shoe leather lol. It's very sticky. Also it didn't come with a measuring cup, if you dont have one fill it to the first line, thats a tsp and a half . I would follow with something just as strong like orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice. Ive even diluted it in juice to get it down.
