What blows my mind is someone actually had to make the effort of shoving my hat into this box. My hat is creased, the top has lost it's shape, it's brand new, and I'm very unhappy. I've ordered hats before and had no problem but perhaps they've changed their shipping/packaging policy. desertcart has been unresponsive as of yet. I would exchange this hat if they can ship it in a different box. If not it's going back and I'll spend the extra couple bucks to get a dodger hat that hasn't been flattened like it was ran over by a semi truck. I say buy these New Era hats online and make sure they are Authentic. No reason to spend $35 + on a hat.
