Most plastic will burn by itself naturally; however this filament will self-extinguish if there is no other material to supply a flame to it. What does this mean? Let's use a lighter for example.If the lighter would light the filament on fire, and the lighter would go out, the flame on the filament would also go out - regular ABS would remain ignited and continue to burn. Officially founded in October 2015, Filament Innovations is an open-source 3D Printing company located in the heart of historic Bethlehem, PA. We have contracted with a manufacturing company to have our filaments produced for us.
