Is the battery replaceable without Swissvoice? Companies come and go... phones go on and on...** A: I can't give any details on battery replacement, but I did purchase and returned two of these phones. They are unique and lovely, but I could never get a dial tone on either one ... even after lengthy charging of the batteries. **Q: Can this phone be expandable somehow? I need two phones.** A: Yes. You can pair up to 4 additional phone sets to the single base which is plugged into the telephone line. Although the instructions on how ot do this are not easy to follow. I have one base plugged into the telephone line and a power outlet, I then have 3 more telephones plugged into power outlets only and they are paired to the main base. I LOVE these phones. Replacement batteries are available, they have many useful features you can customize including a VERY useful alarm clock feature. I highly recommend. The ONLY downside to these phones is the terrible instructions on pairing additional sets to the main base. The instruction manual can be found online. **Q: how do I get an instruction manual? I didn't get one mine** A: You can search on the web and get a PDF version of it from the Internet. I hope this helps a little. **Q: The description of this phone says "cordless", but the picture has a cord. If I order will I receive a CORDLESS model?** A: Mine is cordless and I bought it as it's shown here, go to manufacturer's page and look for the model. It's a very good deal!
