So I had a problem with the date on the bottom and mistook it for an expire date when it was actually a manufacturer date. That’s very different. Ok- my whole life I used to get these little white dots on my tongue-when I was run down— as I got older (I’m 57). It turned into bigger white blotches on my tongue - doctor called it thrush— prescribed nystatin —- did nothing—- I bought this because I read a review that indicated it would help for thrush - Exspensive ? I haven’t had one of them dots in a couple years- as a side effect I dont get colds. Nearly as often and much more milder when i do. I’m 6’4. 250 I take 5 capsules a day.
