There will be approximately 1" to 1.5" of extra space between the edge of the Thermos and the front of the pocket. With the 13" height, the Thermos will fit but it would make it harder to access the upper pockets and may be more difficult to do so if the upper pockets are full. The organizer has 4 lash points for the draw strings, so it gives you options. The most popular place is to lash the two bottom ones to the under side / frame of the seat where there is usually an opening in the sliding section or mount that makes for a couple nice secure point. If your vehicle's seat also has arm rests you can use the lash points in the middle to secure to the arm seats around the pivot points as well. The truck does not have a separate head rest.** A: You'll need something for the strap of the organizer to go around to hold up the organizer. If the top of the seat is tapered so you can put the load strap around it, it should work well. I had to fashion my own straps to extend them around the seat. The bottom also had a similar problem.
