Review: Just what I wanted. - I’m giving them 5 stars because they fit exactly in the mix of what I wanted. I replaced my Hertz Deici 6.5s with these. Not that the Cerwin Vegas are louder crisper or anything like that. But the Hertz had ear piercing highs no matter how I adjusted them. If they were in a car or truck they probably would’ve been outstanding. But since they were in my soundbar in a jeep there was no relief. The Cerwin Vegas are more thank adequate with nice mids, decent mid bass and highs that aren’t overbearing. As of now they’re set up straight to my Alpine 407 radio but will be hooked up to the amp this weekend and I’m betting they’ll sound even better. Very pleased with my purchase.

**Q: el valor es por un par**
A: Hi there thanks for your question, yes it comes with par.

**Q: Can you put these on a stock radio**
A: These can be added to a stock radio, however if said stock radio is in a higher end luxury car, they may have a different ohm rating as these 4-ohm speakers.  That said, in all probability you'll be fine with these.  It won't be louder as volume is dependent on the amplifier, but it'll certainly be much cleaner.  I've installed these in my son's Nissan 300ZX on a skar 5 channel amp and they sound fantastic!  In short, 99 times out of 100, you'll be just fine installing them on a stock radio.  Good luck!

**Q: What are the speakers ohms**
A: 2 ohms  I got 500 watts pushing 4 of them. No distortion or popping.

**Q: what is the difference between the 2 way and 3 way speakers?**
A: The 3-way provides a fuller sound. The 2-way has good bass response and loud highs but is missing some mid range sounds.  These require at least 50 watts per channel to play at full potential.  A factory radio will not suffice.

I was a little skeptical at first if these $60 speakers would be any good, and I could not be happier with my decision. Cerwin Vega has been around a long time and they know a thing or two about speaks. First off, these are two way speakers meaning they give of a more chunky bass than say 3 or 4-ways. And they definitely deliver! I replaced the blown out rear door speakers in my Pontiac G8 and they make a world's difference adding some muscle to the already buff sounding amplified stereo. They add a ton of bass and do it very well. I was very impressed with the sound and honestly have nothing bad to say about these speakers. They are made strong by a company that's been around since 1954 and has a legendary reputation producing loudspeakers for big names such as Fender. Overall a great product and I would buy these again!!
