My FNP suggested I get a digestive enzyme to help while we fix my low-flora, lack of short chain fatty acids and heal SIBO. I was happy to find a product that doesn't have all the additives due to all my sensitivities. If you have it sit for too long mixed with a smoothie or in water it taste like vomit... you've been warned! Sometimes it seems a like it won't fully dissolve in water but who cares it does what I need it to do! Extremely happy with the purchase.
