I then back the screws out one by one and screed them back in first through the screen tab then back in the hole holding the grill in place. That held the screening in place against the back of the grill. Start to finish, in my driveway, It took me 4 hours, which was well worth it, to get a factory looking job. The tools I used to do this were a small flathead screwdriver for the plastic pop fasteners, a 10 mm socket for the eight bolts, a pair of scissors for cutting the screen and a Phillips head screwdriver for attaching it to the existing screws holding the grill in place. I did have some concern when I finished because it looked so beautifully black with very little silver aluminum radiator showing, that maybe too much of the airflow would be blocked by the screening... I can tell you that this is absolutely NOT the case! We've had heat indexes over 105 degrees the last few days and I've driven the car around town, on the highway and sat in it parked on a blacktop parking lot with the air conditioning running for over an hour and the engine temperature gauge is exactly where it has always been, just a hair under mid-range. I have not seen the slightest change!
