I really did... but I just don't. So, I bought this eliminator. It looks great and is very high quality. It puts the toe shifter a little further left. It took me 5 minutes to get used to it. Installation is a breeze. Measure twice.... on a 2018 Road King, you'll need to remove the plastic spacer that it comes with. Perfect fit. The stock shifters (they are the same) are long enough that I have move my foot forward to get my toe under the shifter for the up-shift. But, it's only been a couple hundred miles and I'm already accustomed to it and REALLY, REALLY liking the toe shifter. I can up-shift with much more control using my toe than I ever could with my heel.Oh, and the price might be a little high. I've seen people use all sorts of things to space the shifter to the end of the rod. To test whether I would really want to do this, I removed the shifters and cut a short piece of fuel line to work as a temporary spacer. The inside diameter of the fuel line was too small, so I cut it length-wise and installed it using a couple or three small zip-ties to hold it in place for a 3 or 4 mile ride.
