The postman had a little trouble with the weight, but I got it ok.I think this chair is a good value for the money, and I'm happy with the chair that I hope to use a long time. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Lasted just under two years and then the back broke *by S***L on July 29, 2018* Bought this for my husband's computer room. The headrest broke off about a year in, leaving jagged plastic. Today the back of the chair broke so it's going in the trash. The chair padding was flat after a few months and the material on the arms was flaking off. My husband is 6'1 and under 200 lbs so it wasn't taking much of a beating. It did swivel well enough for my kids to have rides on it and the mesh held up well and was very cooling. ### ⭐ Decent design but terrible quality control -- low tolerance mfg = difficult assembly *by C***. on May 11, 2016* Note that whatever a waterfall seat leg support means, it does NOT mean that the seat tilts separately from the reclining action. The spring tension for the reclining resistance goes from very tight to very tight when adjusted post to post. The adjustment is there but has no effect. Three separate screws missing from the pre-assembled portion (one assembly screw on the base, and two assembly screws on the back which are factory installed were missing). The screw sockets in more than one area were at angles not consistent with product design. Tolerances very low. I'm very mechanically inclined and the shoddy specs and/or adherence to them made assembly a total PITA. Assembly puts shear pressure on bolts which I think will make them have a tendency to break, I don't know but it seems that way.After taking more than an hour to assemble, I immediately disassembled and arranged for a return.
