I’ve read other reviews and can only conclude that those people who didn’t get great results may not have followed the instructions to the letter. That’s important. It was a messy and unpleasant job, but the results were great. Surfaces need to be perfectly clean and all traces of previous rope and adhesive removed. That’s not easy, and it took me at least 40 minutes to do that properly. I needed to use a mask and goggles. Then, the liquid is quite runny, but it’s supposed to be. You can’t do the job with the door in place - it must be removed and laid flat. It requires at least 15 minutes, preferably with weight on it, to cure the adhesive to the point that the door can be replaced; after that the heat of the fire will finish the curing process. It’s not easy to use - but no other product is. The question is, if you’re doing this yourself, is will you put the effort in to get it right? Review: Works well - Worked.
