A: Yes there are some from medline fitright. You can search amazon for medline fitright extra large disposable underpads. You will find pads of size more than 40" even.

**Q: if the product is 36 x 36 why is the picture not the same height as the 30 x 36?  It seems they are not 36 x 36 at all**
A: They are. I am so pleased with these. The very best that we have ever used for this patient.
