I work in high speed manufacturing and manage numerous departments and projects at one time, so staying organized is essential. I have tried all different types and sizes of notebooks, planners, journals, etc. This one is great because it has a sturdy, padded cover, and I can move the pages around to reorganize without having to rip pages out or rewrite. I also bought the weekly calendar pages and tab dividers so it is easy to create sections. The size of the notebook is just right. I hate the 8.5 x 11 notebooks because they are too big to be practical when moving between meetings and I end up with wasted space on the page because I like different topics to be organized on different pages. This notebook has the perfect size pages. But the biggest thing for me with this notebook is the ability to move the pages around based on priority.
