**Q: what age group is this for**
A: Works well with preschoolers to early elementary age children

**Q: What is the difference between zingo word builder game and thinkfun's what's gnu game? thank you.**
A: I don't have the game What's Gnu.  Based upon the description, they seem very similar.  The different seems to be that Zingo Word Builder has three words per card and is played more like a challenge game.  What's Gnu seems to be true world building, card by card.  I purchased Zingo because I have multiple Zingo games in my classroom. Once the students learned to play one game, they could easily figure out how to play Zingo 1-2-3, Word Builder, Sight Word, etc.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Since here are images on the tiles, would you say that this game will help little ones learn to read words? I'm afraid they'll just stick to the image**
A: Yes, seeing the letters and the picture does help little children learn to read words.  You can reinforce the letter-word association by quickly reviewing each tile after the game has ended.  Cover either the photo or the letters and ask the child to identify what is covered, but don't let this review detract from the fun of the game.  If you take a peek at alphabet books for little children, you will see a picture that begins with the letter on that particular page, helping the child learn the sounds of letters.
