Review: I recently revived my hobby for knives and thought of starting by sharpening the kitchen knives using this stone. It brought life back into the knives. Dimensions are very good making it easy to use. The course side really shaves off the metal from the beavel of the blade restoring the damaged blade straight and the fine grit really sharpens the knife to a fine finish. Sharp enough to start enjoying cutting vegetables. If you want to sharpen a camping knife, I suggest to add a 1000 grit to the sharpening followed by a strop. You can't expect razor sharpness but you will sure love sharpening with this stone at a pretty low cost!!!
