I have been trying different eye moisturizers for over a year now. I have tried drug store & high-end eye moisturizers for weeks at a time to give them time to work. What is found is that while many of the moisturizers may brighten and even help with under eye puffiness, for me they tended to crust on the corners of my eyes. A lot of them are also or too sticky. I have had some success with applying another moisturizer on top of it that offers more brightening without the drying effect on the edges of my eyes. Im not done trying out different layering.
