Review: PILOT FRIXION erasable pens - These are my favourite pens so far, they drop the ink on the page with extreme precision, the eraser works magically, and the colours are vibrant, but not too unprofessionally bright. The plastic feels great to handle and the point of the pen is extremely sharp, clean, and smooth. For the price of all the pens, I’d definitely recommend you purchase these pens as they are my favourite and they work great for offices, schools, or just at home!
Review: The BEST Crossword Pens Ever!!! - I refuse to complete crosswords in pencil but still want to retain the capability to correct any errors when they occur. I used to use "Paper Mate EraserMate" pens but they never seemed to fully erase and the erasable ink would skip and clump. I read about the Pilot FriXion Clicker Erasable Gel Pens on a crossword aficionado blog and decided to buy one to try it out. I fell instantly in love with these pens! I have now used these in my crossword completion endeavors for the past 5 years and have never found anything better for erasable ink quality or erasability. My personal favorites are the Green and Purple ink pens. The light Blue is always nice as well. The dark Blue is OK . I do not like the Pink (too light), Red (reminds me of teacher corrections) or Black inks (no contrast with the crossword puzzle). Personal preferences I guess. The only downside to these pens is that they seem to run out of ink more rapidly then traditional ink pens but refills are available for sale. The pens are a little pricey to buy singly at your local Walmart, so buy the box of 12 in whatever colors you prefer from desertcart. I have not been able to find them at Canadian office supply stores. This is the most economical way to purchase these and you won't be upset when your favorite pens run out of ink halfway through a puzzle...you'll have lots more!
