I've basically gone from total beginner to decent tennis player pretty quickly from watching YouTube instruction, practicing at a wall, and using the Eye Coach and one other training "device". The Eye Coach I received is well made and very easy to set up. It's great to be able to get useful practice indoors in air conditioning, when it's raining, just whenever I feel like picking up my racquet and going into another room. I've seen quick improvement, especially in the one-handed topspin backhand I was just starting to learn when I bought this. I use my cheaper racquet with it so that's not a concern. (You don't have to pound on the Eye Coach to learn from it anyway.) My girlfriend is using it also now and is starting to become someone I can actually go out on the court and hit with.
