Review: Meets Expectations - This is a handy medium-sized IFAK. It lashes down tightly with the 4 mollee straps and they line up with my USGI TAP webbing. The hook & loop field has a strong hold on the pouch itself when you need to rip it off for use. I also appreciate the option to use it on a belt, too. This size can hold a lot of med supplies. The plastic buckle it uses is a standard / generic 1" piece. It is not as rigid as USGI stuff but I can cinch it pretty tight. It holds together. The "MED" patch it comes with is convenient. You could easily replace it with whatever you like. Zippers are holding up so far. Slick and no binding. No tearing at the seems. For the money, I would recommend.

an absolute beast of a med pouch/IFAK. It is very spacious and will fit a lot of materials needed for combat casualty care scenarios. The functionality is durable and is easy to use. The zippers are well made and do not stick to the fabric. The fabric is well constructed and the velcro is strong. Overall 10/10, especially for the price. I don’t see a need for paying over $100 for a med pouch when you can buy this. It serves the purpose and gets the mission done just as well, if not better.
