Review: Every lego lover should own this - I loved building this! Took me about 5 days. There are such cool features! When you push the light brick included in the set, you can see a ghost skeleton through the painting! There is a manually openable gate that uses mechanics to crank it open. The elevator feels so smooth! I am just amazed at all the mechanics involved in this set. There are many cool items inside the haunted house, like a skeleton hung by its ankles with real chain shackles and a skull inside of a neon green translucent dome. The manual explains the backstory of every knick knack in a story telling way, which is great fun. One thing I kind of got tired of was making the wall sections with windows on the tower, they were all the same thing over and over. I don't remember how many times I had to repeat those sections, maybe 10 or more times? Who knows. When you make the chain for the elevator, just know they give you an extra link, so if you leave that one out it'll work great. That'll save you the counting of a hundred links or whatnot. I read someone's review on here that said the shipping label was slapped on the box itself. They don't do that any more, luckily. Mine came in a bigger, plain box, so the shipping was great. I would definitely recommend this set. It is worth every penny. It's not just a display piece like the Disneyland Castle one, this one is actually fun to play with afterward with all of its little features, and especially the elevator. I bet it's even more wonderful with lights and a motor! Review: Awesome Lego set! - This is one of the best Lego sets I've ever purchased. Not too difficult to build and never lost interest like some other sets that are repetitive and boring. The seller was great! Received my package days before the expected delivery date and it was in a box covered in bubble wrap. Highly recommend. ## Features - Welcome to Manor Von Barron – a thrilling, detailed collector’s piece for LEGO adult fans, featuring a dark and spooky haunted horror house - Includes a free-fall ride, haunted doors, a cursed painting and artifacts from around the globe collected by the villain, Samuel Von Barron - With hinged sides, it opens up to reveal creepy and intriguing decor, the light bricks light up right away (Batteries included) - To control the elevator via the app, motorize your model: add 1 x 88009 and 2 x 88008 Powered Up components (sold separately) - With 3,231 pieces, 10 minifigures, including a wheelchair user, this LEGO set offers hours of relaxation and an eye-catching display model - The Haunted House set makes a great birthday gift for your ghost hunting & thrill seeking loved ones, also makes a fun Halloween gift - Part of a series of inspiring LEGO building sets for adults, designed for LEGO building fans and hobbyists who love elegant design ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08HVZG31L | | Additional Features | Non Toxic | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #188,674 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #6,481 in Toy Building Sets | | Brand Name | LEGO | | Color | Multicolor | | Customer Package Type | FrustrationFree Packaging | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 906 Reviews | | Educational Objective | Creative Thinking | | Included Components | LEGO Building Elements | | Item Dimensions | 18.9 x 22.91 x 4.88 inches | | Item Type Name | Building Kit | | Item Weight | 11.3 pounds | | Manufacturer | LEGO | | Manufacturer Part Number | 6303666 | | Manufacturer recommended age | 3 months - 8 years | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Name | Haunted House 10273 | | Model Number | 6303666 | | Model Year | 2021 | | Number of Pieces | 3231 | | Size | One Size | | Subject Character | Ghost | | Theme | Architecture,Fantasy | | UPC | 673419326476 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![LEGO Icons Haunted House Building Set 10273, Haunted House Kit, Creative Crafts for Adults and Family, Powered Up Ready Building Kit with 10 Minifigures, Halloween Decoration to Build Together - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81h8AxtNW6L.jpg) ![LEGO Icons Haunted House Building Set 10273, Haunted House Kit, Creative Crafts for Adults and Family, Powered Up Ready Building Kit with 10 Minifigures, Halloween Decoration to Build Together - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61gPYoPAsgL.jpg) ![LEGO Icons Haunted House Building Set 10273, Haunted House Kit, Creative Crafts for Adults and Family, Powered Up Ready Building Kit with 10 Minifigures, Halloween Decoration to Build Together - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91cOd232xPL.jpg) ![LEGO Icons Haunted House Building Set 10273, Haunted House Kit, Creative Crafts for Adults and Family, Powered Up Ready Building Kit with 10 Minifigures, Halloween Decoration to Build Together - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81g2TQftgYL.jpg) ![LEGO Icons Haunted House Building Set 10273, Haunted House Kit, Creative Crafts for Adults and Family, Powered Up Ready Building Kit with 10 Minifigures, Halloween Decoration to Build Together - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81r5H47VWiL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is there a lighting option planned for this kit?** A: Didn’t see a light kit. But you can power up and use an app to control the elevator. I bought that to save wear snd tear on the crank option. Pretty cool option but accessory adds to the cost. **Q: Which Power kit is correct for this product?** A: This set can be upgraded with Powered Up components. You'll need the Medium Linear Motor (88008) and the Hub (88009) to motorize the set. Kind regards, Phil, LEGO® Customer Service **Q: Does the free fall elevator work without power function?** A: If you choose not to motorize with Power Functions, the elevator still works manually! -Jane, LEGO® Customer Service **Q: Is this good for a ten year old ?** A: We got this for my 8 yr old who is quite good at legos. He did about 98% on his own! It is definitely more complex than the lego city sets though. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every lego lover should own this *by R***I on July 10, 2021* I loved building this! Took me about 5 days. Not too difficult to build and never lost interest like some other sets that are repetitive and boring. The seller was great! Received my package days before the expected delivery date and it was in a box covered in bubble wrap. Highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smaller then I thought but still cool *by C***S on October 4, 2022* Fun to build as a family. I love the way lego puts all the sections in individual bags. The directions are easy to follow. You can also download the manual on lego builder and work simultaneously with others. Once completed it was smaller then I thought it was going to be. I didn't expect it to be huge since they are legos but the size of the box makes you think it will be larger. This build took us (2 adults and one 6 yr) about a week to build and that was doing 1 to 2 bags a night. The way lego designs the builds is to keep them together. With that this will be difficult to store. It would be nice if lego would give a suggestion on what type of case to put this in. Over all fun, easy, and worth it. ## Frequently Bought Together - LEGO Icons Haunted House Building Set 10273, Haunted House Kit, Creative Crafts for Adults and Family, Powered Up Ready Building Kit with 10 Minifigures, Halloween Decoration to Build Together - Lego Halloween Cat & Mouse 40570 Building Kit, Whimsical Halloween Décor with Adorable Cat, Mouse, and Pumpkin Toys, Halloween Toy --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/264526174-lego-icons-haunted-house-building-set-10273-haunted-house-kit](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/264526174-lego-icons-haunted-house-building-set-10273-haunted-house-kit) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
