Review: Great wee heater - Well pleased with the amount of heat this puts out. Very quickly heats up my outside grand kids play area and tall enough that they dont reach the hot area of heater. Only one small criticism and that was the instructions. The diagrams showing what went where are that small that had to use the zoom utility on my phone to see what way up some of the brackets and bolts went. When I did that it was easy enough to build

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Ignition not working**
A: Check the starter wire is not touching any part of the heater . If it is just move it away . I have used a piece of string to stop it touching and now works fine .

**Q: will this work with Butane?**
A: Probably just need correct regulator for the gas bottle.

**Q: Our patio heater will not transfer from the pilot valve to the main valve.**
A: Not sure what that means however if your meaning it won’t ignite I had to move the cable inside as it was shorting out. Once moved it ignited after a couple of minutes. The manufacturer provided a diagram and directions on how to make the fix.

**Q: Constantly turns off after 10/15 mins any comman faults**
A: This issue is not related to the unit directly. During these colder times, the gas bottle is not producing the required gas at the rate that it should (gas is in a liquid form).
This causes the bottle to freeze up and subsequently cut the flow of gas. Please see link below for a detailed explanation:

We recommend a thermal cover for the gas bottle which we found resolved the issue. Alternatively, you can run the unit on a lower heat setting.
