From some of the other comments here about flipping the car around, I can tell that some people haven't mounted it correctly. The narrow side of the rail goes against the wall, which seems backward, and the two bumpers go on the outside of the rail and stick up. The purpose is to prevent you from sliding the car off the bottom or the top of the rail, although personally I don't see that as much of a problem. The directions show that clearly, because the top-most and bottom-most screws go through the two bumpers, but it's not quite what I was expecting. Once you play with the parts for a couple minutes, it becomes obvious how it mounts. I was able to mount it in a stud by drilling pilot holes and using the 10 (as I recall) screws, so it's not going anywhere! It's a really nice addition to our small, home fitness room.
