Screw came loose and out of the shower because of the pressure. Also the holder for the hand sprayer sux! Does not stay in the holder and I have to just lay it on the shower floor. If Iā€™d installed it right after I bought it and not 2 years later- I would be returning it. Waste of money. I had this installed about a year after purchase date. However, once it was installed, the small screws that were attached to the shower head will not hold with the water pressure and therefore gets loose every time I take a shower, causing water to spray all inside the ceiling.
