The Hurtle Vibration Platform actually wobbles side-to-side rather than having the whole platform oscillate up-and-down. This does not translate the vibrations to the upper body very well. Also, the top speed on this machine is a much slower frequency than the Power Plate.Still, the machine seems to be well built and may be useful for squats. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I think this is gonna be great! *by B***K on Reviewed in the United States on October 18, 2018* I was driving to a facility to use a commercial machine, and decided to see if I could find a home version. It's not TOO heavy to lift, but does have a handle on side to pull into position if needed. It's not too noisy, so I could easily watch TV while using it! This machine is amazing, I have been using it every morning for weeks, it has improved my body and my outlook. It jiggles your bones and muscles and relaxes everything. I don't use it beyond speed 3 because it really vibrates high at that point for me, I use this every morning on speed one for 5-10 minutes, I can walk with ease, and feel great. It softly relaxes the muscles in my back and my legs feel stronger. I actually want to do this every morning because I feel better..which is a new experience.
