My old want broke recently, this one is great it works as expected. It feels very strong. It really gets the tiny little hairs you can't even see. This is a painful process but I like it. I don't use the numbing gel pack so I can't say if that works properly.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. It is a little tricky to use at first but easier once you get a hang of it. There are a lot of videos on youtube that help you understand how to use it properly. It is very painful though and the cooling pad is quite small so it doesn't stay cold for very long. It is a good concept but isn't as effective as I would have hoped. You have to hold the product like an "n" and roll it between your fingers against your hair on your face. Be careful to avoid the eyebrow area and make sure your hair is pulled back because longer hair could get caught and pulled out inadvertently. It works on the smaller finer hairs on your cheek but is a little more difficult to remove upper lip hairs. I only have a few on the sides of my lip and sometimes have to go over it a couple times to get everything. But be aware, even though it does work, it does hurt and makes my eyes water and I have a pretty high tolerance to pain! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works better *by S***Y on November 2, 2018* Works better than another one I had before (tweezerman brand). Definitely didnt get everything, but not even waxing does.
