I never heard of it so I gave it a try and it's a much lighter and more palette uplifting kind of tea I read that it is one that many of the British drink with their evening meal. So I was looking for some loose leaf tea of that blend but didn't come up with anything really so I decided to give this one a try even though I never read anything saying that the afternoon tea blend is decaffeinated. But I just thought well what a bonus if I want to try and defy my nocturnal ways this still meets the criteria then. I just brewed a cup even though it's the morning and it is spot on just like the other t I had. So some people had been saying that it doesn't brew as strong of a flavor as what they would expect. I think that if you are looking for something more like that you may want to look to breakfast tease or other sorts but this one is that light and kind of an earthy fruitiness not really like actual fruit. But it's the perfect English afternoon tea blend.
